After reading the book, I can totally empathize with her - her nanny character sniffed a lot, was snappish, not sweet and sugary. As a (fledgling) author myself, I would be horrified at the changes. Or.. would I just skip and dance all the way to the bank to deposit the check from selling my movie rights? HRM! :)
